Bryncethin secured valuable league points with this win at Caerau Ely.
The Bryncethin forwards battled hard throughout, against a strong home eight and laid the foundation for the win.
Gavin Parsons kicked three penalties for Bryncethin's nine points, and their defence stood firm as the home side tried hard to cross the line.
There was a good performance from the Bryncethin back row of Graham, Andrew Bayliss and Paul Evans, with Evans proving to be Man of the Match.
Next week Bryncethin entertain Llanrumney in the Worthington Welsh Districts Cup, as they attempt to reach the quarter final stage for the fifth successive season.
